This is a Plug-N-Go Driver backrest. This is made by Kuryakyn and is designed to install through the seat. The quick detach feature makes the backrest a snap to take on & off, while the removable pouch with shoulder strap allows you to store & take all your trip essentials. With an extra wide mounting base, this backrest provides a secure & rugged durability that is unmatched. Adjustable front, rear, & vertical positioning allows for the ultimate in both rider & passenger comfort. The backrest pad and pouch together measure 13" wide X 10" tall X 4 1/4" thick. This will fit all Goldwing GL1800's from 2001-2017. All mounting hardware and instructions are included. Yes, it will work on the models with the heated seats. Please be aware that you will be required to cut your seat in order to install this GL1800 Plug-N-Go Backrest. 8931, 49-7045
