Return Policy

All returns must get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and this number must be on the package when it is returned. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. 

We must receive the returned item within 30 days of the date that the RMA number was issued. If we receive the item more than 30 days after the RMA was issued, we will no longer be able to issue a refund for it. 

Unopened items in their original packages can be returned for a refund with no questions asked and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. Return shipping costs can not exceed the original shipping costs so, please use the least expensive method to return the item. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed for warranty returns sent back after the first 7 days of being received or for products that are being refunded instead of replaced. 

A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. If we determine that there is no problem with the returned item, the return shipping cost will not be refunded. We can not pay refunds of return shipping costs for returned items that were sent out with “free shipping” and are not being replaced. 

Make sure that you receive the item that you were expecting before opening it or mounting it. If we can not resell it as new, we can not refund your payment for it. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once the return is received.
