Return Policy

Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. After 30 days we will no longer be able to process the return.

Unopened items in their original packages can be returned for a refund with no questions asked and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case. If it is opened there will be a 20% - 40% reduction on return amount since we can no longer sell this item as new. If any reduction in refund is needed we will contact you.

Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. If order is purchased and free shipping is selected we will deduct our original shipping cost from refund amount.

A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. If we determine that there is no problem with the returned item, the return shipping cost will not be refunded. We can not pay refunds of return shipping costs for returned items that were sent out with “free shipping” and are not being replaced. 

Make sure that you receive the item that you were expecting before opening it or mounting it. If we can not resell it as new, we can not refund your payment for it. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process once the return is received.
