Return Policy
All returns must get a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number and this number must be on the package when it is returned. Returns must be made within 30 days. Unopened items in their original packages can be returned for a refund or exchange with no questions asked. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement for return shipping costs will be paid for defective items returned within 7 days and shipping mistakes only. A replacement for a defective item will be sent out after the original item is returned and examined. Return shipping costs can not exceed the original shipping costs. Make sure that you receive the item that you were expecting before opening it or mounting it. If we can not resell it as new, we can not refund your payment for it. Delivery

Most items to the Continental US are shipped via FedEx ground. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. FedEx charges a $10.00 fee for packages sent to the wrong address. If this happens and it is your fault, we will bill you. Make sure that you give us the correct address. If you only give us a P.O. Box, we are required to ship via USPS. Some lighter items are shipped USPS first class mail or priority post. We also utilize the USPS flat rate boxes when we can. All international deliveries are shipped via USPS Air unless other arrangements are made. Free shipping is via FedEx ground or normal USPS. Overnight or other faster delivery will be an extra charge. We are not responsible for any taxes, customs fees or import tariffs of any kind that you may be required to pay when your order is delivered. Several large items have had the oversize package charge built into their prices. Please e-mail us for a shipping quote if you do not easily find your location or country listed.

Payments
We accept money orders and certified checks in US dollars, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and cash. No COD's will be accepted. Personal checks are accepted but, will take 3 weeks to clear before shipping item.



Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all purchases that are sent to an address in Ohio. Ohio requires that taxes be calculated on the cost of shipping also. There will be no sales tax added to any shipment sent to any address outside of Ohio. 

International Customs Tax

All customs taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.  Cyclemax does not calculate, track or pay customs taxes.

Pricing

We try to always have the lowest prices available. Please let us know if you see an identical item advertised for less somewhere else and we will see what can be done. We do not have any handling fees that get built into our pricing and our shipping costs are some of the lowest in the industry. Please keep this in mind when comparing prices. Some manufacturers set limits on how much we are allowed to discount their products in our advertising. 

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and personal information. We do not sell or share any of your information with anyone not directly involved with processing your order. We do not purchase e-mail addresses from any source either. If you receive an e-mail from us, it's because you have made a purchase in the past and/or specifically requested to be placed on our e-mail list. At any time you can remove your e-mail address from our list by simply replying to the e-mail with the word REMOVE in the subject line. We are not responsible for personal information you may provide to any third party that links to and/or from this site. We will not provide them with your information and we will not know if you purchase their product or service or request their information. We have not received free products or money to promote the contents of this website. We are not experts and do not claim to provide expert testimony.
